Welcome to PCI.vote, Inc.

PCI.Vote, Inc. was founded by Republican businessman and political activist Tom Montgomery in 2000. A 20 year member of a County Central Committee in California, Tom knows full well what a daunting task being a Republican in the Golden State can be, especially when it's home to such famous, and "well-liked", politicians as Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, Hunter Biden (honorary mention) and Nancy Pelosi. Need we say more? As a three term, county central committee treasurer as well as serving as Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary, Tom has been directly involved in the most important aspects of running a committee including, first and foremost, fundraising and compliance. It is those two areas that drive this venture as well as a desire to assist candidates, PAC's and county central committees in communicating better with their constituents.

"Compliance" is arguably the most important piece of a committee's legal obligations and we realize that most central committee treasurers are volunteers and often have little or no experience when they assume the responsibility. As a result, many central committees have high turnover for treasurers and frequently incur compliance liabilities as a result. The first time one sits in on a treasurers' training will most likely prove to be a mind-boggling experience. If the Federal regulations don't bowl you over, California's will. Most folks' jaws are on the floor by the time they think they've heard it all, and that's usually just the beginning. It's no job for someone who's never done it before especially for volunteer treasurers as the window to "get it right" is relatively short and mistakes can cost you. That's why PCI.Vote, Inc. offers reasonable cost, hassle-free compliance services for central committees, PAC's and candidates. We do it all from filing the first statement of organization (we hand walk your initial documents into the Secreatary of State's office if a California committee), obtaining an EIN from the IRS, opening a bank account, setting up credit card processing, conducting the committee's day to day business, filing the the regular and 24 hour reports and more.
